Position Overview:

The Branch Operations Coordinator is also responsible for swiftly resolving any client issues to ensure optimal customer satisfaction while staying informed about product features and upholding the high quality and aesthetic standards of the merchandise and store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist customers both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending relevant products and services.
  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with wholesale clients.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate work order documentation and formulas.
  • Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tint and mix products as required to meet customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and arrange displays effectively.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as necessary.
  • Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about available products and discuss options with customers.
  • Adhere to inventory control protocols.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
  • Must be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be available to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Must have prior experience selling paint and related products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Completion of at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
