Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $149,800 - $224,700 per year, with opportunities for bonus eligibility.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nuclear pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with national and state regulations.
- Direct fleet logistics to deliver radiopharmaceuticals to customers, managing product decay and time sensitivity of delivery.
- Supervise teams of pharmaceutical professionals and fleet staff, including daily and nightly staffing.
- Collaborate with Sales team to provide input into product commitments and pricing for customer agreements.
- Manage an organizational budget and report internally on financial and operational performance.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
- Licensed Pharmacist or eligible to obtain Pharmacist licensure in the state of Washington.
- 8-12 years of experience preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous supervisory experience in a health care or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
