What You Will Do

This 13-week contract position offers a chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced nuclear medicine department. As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing diagnostic tests and procedures using nuclear medicine technology
  • Operating complex medical equipment, including PET/CT scanners and gamma cameras
  • Analyzing scan data and preparing reports for radiologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Nuclear Medicine
  • 2+ years of experience working in nuclear medicine
  • Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
