Job Description:
  • The primary objective of this role is to support strong active studio memberships by bringing new prospects to the studios, building relationships, and driving successful sales.
  • This includes interacting with clients daily, fostering a supportive and meaningful community, and facilitating the Pure Barre experience.
  • The Sales Manager will also be responsible for implementing sales processes, practicing consistent follow-up, and driving membership conversion.
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Warm welcoming and engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Must have proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and use the club management software system
  • Must have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, text, and email
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with social media content development preferred
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
  • This position is a full-time position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekday and weekend, evening and morning schedule
