Primary Care Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric APRN / Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pediatric care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy habits and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Mentor and supervise clinical staff to promote professional growth and development
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- Current APRN licensure and certification
- Strong experience with electronic medical records systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Benefits:
