National Computer Systems is seeking a highly skilled User Experience Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in informing design decisions for our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online usability tests and other user research methods to inform design decisions for desktop or mobile applications.
- Partner with product owners and engineers to ensure the team understands user needs as we design digital solutions.
- Work with a UX leader to leverage research results and foster buy-in to acting on results.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.
- Online portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your approach to user research and how you present your results to your team.
