As a Resident Advisor with Job Corps, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students. This position requires a strong commitment to providing guidance, mentorship, and a safe living environment for our young adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet regularly with assigned students to discuss their progress, goals, and challenges.
- Manage student incidents and ensure the well-being of all students.
- Document student interactions, progress, and incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in events and activities that promote student engagement and development.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless support services for our students.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One to three months of related experience or training.
