Job SummaryWe are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team in the Gold Beach Area. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with ID/DD to achieve their goals and live independently.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with ID/DD, following established support plans and goals.
- Assist with daily life skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Support community interactions, socialization, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless support services.
- Document progress and provide regular updates to the support team.
- $23-$26 per hour
- 401K offered after 90 days of employment with up to 4% employer match
- Premier pays for 24 hours annual training, OIS & CPR/First Aid Training
- PT & FT DSPs accrue up to 40 hours of PTO (paid time off) per year
- PTO cash out option after 1 year
- No cost health plan available for DSPs who work more than 26 hours per pay period
- Dental & Vision for FT DSPs after 6 months of employment and Premier pays 50%
- Paid 1st and 16th of the month
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance (If driving Individual)
- PCS is a Drug Free Workplace
