Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to assist with Front-End Loading (FEL) activities at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed engineering scopes of work for projects.

- Specify and troubleshoot substation equipment, including transformers and switchgear, rated up to 25,000 Volts.

- Specify and troubleshoot 480 Volt electrical systems, such as motor control centers and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

- Specify and troubleshoot backup power systems, including uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), batteries, and generators.

- Specify and troubleshoot harmonic filtering solutions.

- Review electrical engineering deliverables for ongoing projects, including one-line diagrams, motor schematics, cable schedules, and grounding plans.

- Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) in project execution.

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers from the engineering firm.

- Engage with client representatives on a daily basis.

- Conduct electrical calculations, including load studies, voltage drop assessments, and lighting analysis.

- Familiarity with NFPA 70E standards for electrical safety in the workplace.

Support for Other Disciplines:
- Collaborate with teams in Instrumentation, Civil, Process, and Mechanical engineering.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in specifying and troubleshooting substation equipment up to 25,000 Volts.

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on developing project design scopes.

- Experience in petrochemical environments is preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated professional and interpersonal skills.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
