- Qualifications: Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in chemical manufacturing.
