About the Role

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in the success of our food production facility in West Valley City, UT. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead specialized project teams in creating ready-to-cook meals, ensuring the facility meets operational metrics for production, staffing, and financials. You will identify areas of success and improvement to improve and streamline our internal processes, coach and train staff on the production floor, and report directly to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate all resources on our production assembly lines
  • Monitor performance of machinery in collaboration with food production and engineering teams
  • Maintain performance standards for all aspects of food production
  • Train, develop, and coach production leads and employees
  • Ensure quality, safety, and good manufacturing processes (GMPs) are followed
  • Comply with FDA, USDA, and HACCP standards
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working in Food Production
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to work in refrigerated environments 8 hours per day (~39°F)
  • Ability to kneel, reach, bend, and lift (up to 50 pounds) throughout the work day and to work on your feet for the entirety of the day
