About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Coordinator Specialty Clinic to join our team at El Paso Children's Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will supervise the functions of the team and assume managerial responsibilities including supervision and evaluation of patient care and nursing employees.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for clinical resources and coordinates preceptor activities.
  • Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of unit-specific systems/activities.
  • Provide clinical patient care to patients within scope of licensure and practice.
  • Utilize knowledge of professional practice in providing age-appropriate care based on scientific principles, standards of practice, and standards of patient care for patient populations.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
