• Oversee the preparation and display of baked goods and deli foods to meet company standards

• Supervise and train bakery and deli personnel to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products

• Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize department sales and profits

• Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions

• Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering processes

**Requirements**
