  2. Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  5. Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess a diploma, associate, or bachelor's degree in nursing and a minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health setting. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as current CPR certification and a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
