Attending Physician

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a highly skilled Attending Physician to join our team of healthcare providers. As a key member of our integrated care model, you will deliver primary-care services to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary-care services to patients in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and standards of care.
- Review and sign medication administration records (MARs) as requested by facilities, and sign all orders specific to a supervising physician.
- Manage scheduled medication prescriptions for patients and adhere to Eventus WholeHealth's scheduled medication Rx policy.
- Establish and maintain open communication with facility staff and administration, providing verbal and written instruction or feedback as needed.
- Meet with facility administrators prior to patient care visits and prior to leaving the facility each day.
- Comply with all regulatory agencies' rules and guidelines, and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Licensed MD or DO with 3 years of experience in Long Term Care/Geriatric Care.
- Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- AMDA certification a plus, but not mandatory.
