We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Information Assurance program for a government client, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

This role requires operational security expertise to assess and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the secure management of information systems.

The chosen candidate will also be responsible for preparing documentation reviews, including System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reports, and Certification and Accreditation packages.

This position plays a critical role in supporting security authorization activities, adhering to the NSA/CSS Risk Management Framework process and DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Information Assurance program for a government client.
  • Assess and mitigate potential risks to ensure secure management of information systems.
  • Prepare documentation reviews, including System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reports, and Certification and Accreditation packages.
  • Support security authorization activities, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of work-related experience in security authorization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or IT Engineering.
  • Required certifications: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP.

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $123,000-$175,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
