**Salary**

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $179,000 per year, with opportunities for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on individual performance, business unit performance, and company performance.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a qualified software developer (SWE1) to support modernization and development of next-generation cybersecurity software. The ideal candidate will help design and develop cutting-edge, modern, and scalable frameworks for our customers to ensure they have the latest and greatest technologies available to the warfighter.

Projects will be worked directly with customers on mission-critical systems to quickly enhance capabilities or resolve issues in existing tools for real-world applications.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university

• 7 years of experience in software development, preferably with C, C++, or Python

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements

• Debug existing software and correct defects

• Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards

• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features

• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments

• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required prior to start date

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
