Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our team at Alliance ABA Therapy. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities in a home-based setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, which involve implementing behavior treatment programs as designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with other professionals from various agencies, including social services, schools, and physicians
  • Participate in training and clinical supervision to integrate ABA with other effective therapeutic strategies
  • Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to maximize the effectiveness of interventions as delineated in client treatment plans
  • Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst
  • Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required
Requirements
  • High School diploma required
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings, 4-7 pm
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children; experience working with children who have developmental disabilities/Autism preferred
  • Experience with interventions to address maladaptive behaviors
  • Must have an RBT certification or pass the RBT training curriculum and exam within the first 30 days of employment
