We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Observation Unit team at Banner Health. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plan of care.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate, delegate, and supervise the activities of the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.
