A distinguished organization, Request Technology, LLC, is seeking a Senior CyberArk Solutions Engineer. This role emphasizes backend CyberArk Administration and engineering expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, document, deploy, and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, focusing on vaulting, session management, and the removal of hardcoded credentials while ensuring secure integrations for secrets management in app-to-app communication.
- Develop and maintain PAM integrations to facilitate automated password rotations and secure session establishment through jump host solutions.
- Implement and manage the Certificate Authority Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
- Oversee the issuance, renewal, and revocation of certificates as required.
- Manage certificate templates and revocation configurations effectively.
- Configure and maintain Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) to support PKI operations.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely system updates and patches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PAM, PKI, and HSM solutions.
- Implement and manage encryption tools and software.
- Utilize scripting and automation skills to transform manual maintenance and audit tasks into orchestrated automation.
- Document, review, and update operational run books for Secrets and Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to PAM policies, procedures, and configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with PAM tools and technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in PKI infrastructure, particularly with Microsoft Certificate Authority.
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering activities and testing.
- 7+ years of experience with privileged access management platforms.
- 3+ years of experience with HSM, PKI, and Microsoft Certificate Authority.
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies (e.g., GitOps, Version Control, RESTful APIs).
- 2+ years of experience with cloud architecture and deployments.
- Familiarity with enterprise PAM tools and technologies, including various CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault components.
- Experience with integration techniques for Secrets Management and Privileged Management across databases, directories, and applications.
- Proficient in Python, Ansible, Terraform, and YAML.
- In-depth knowledge of PAM and Secrets Management best practices.
- Strong understanding of encryption algorithms, protocols, and best practices.
- Working knowledge of system monitoring techniques and tools.
- Experience with cloud ecosystems and CI/CD deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with HSMs, Microsoft PKI, HashiCorp Vault, and CyberArk components (AIM, PSM/P, PVWA, CPM, VAULT).
- Proficient in leveraging APIs.
- Knowledge of cryptographic operations, secure key storage, and key lifecycle management.
- Ability to interpret logs and events related to PKI, HSMs, encryption, and PAM activities.
