The Zeeland Hospital Float Pool is a dynamic team that provides nursing care to various departments, including Med-Surg, ICU, and Emergency. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain a broader skill set and provide coverage for nursing departments.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and legally by the State of Michigan.
- Demonstrate competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Uphold the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA, including ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health.

- Associates in Nursing Required.
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required upon hire.
