About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Oncology Nurse to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a key member of our Radiation Therapy Department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex needs, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate patient information and care plans to colleagues, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Embody a Culture of Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, professional practice, and teamwork, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Oncology, preferred.
  • Skills: Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
