Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Security: Conduct regular patrols of the facility to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Access Control: Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are granted entry.
  • Incident Reporting: Respond to and report all security incidents, including suspicious activity, accidents, and emergencies.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with facility management, security personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Training and Development: Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in security procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in security or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Valid Class C Driver's License and any other relevant security certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual: Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.
  • Security Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field.
Physical and Environmental Demands
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move around the facility as needed.
