Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our team at Enchantment Resort. As a Night Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Guest Services with guest calls and requests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Deliver departure folios, orange juice, and newspapers to guest rooms, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring timely delivery.
- Perform special assigned cleaning or laundry tasks, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Execute special instructions as guided by the MOD, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to your work.
- Provide Bell services for guests as necessary, showcasing your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Housekeeping services as necessary, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Deliver departure folios, orange juice, and newspapers daily, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Assist with all guest needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Requirements
To be successful as a Night Supervisor, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Basic English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple priorities.
- Self-motivation, with the ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Dependability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Current food worker certification, with the ability to maintain certification and adhere to food safety standards.
Physical Requirements
The Night Supervisor role requires:
- 75% walking and standing, with the ability to move efficiently and effectively throughout the resort.
- 25% bending, with the ability to lift and carry items as needed.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, with the ability to manage heavy loads and maintain a high level of safety.
- Hearing and manual dexterity, with the ability to communicate effectively and perform tasks with precision.
- Use of cleaning solutions occasionally, with the ability to handle chemicals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions, with the ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Ability to drive a golf cart, with the ability to operate a vehicle safely and effectively.
