Position Overview

The Athletic Clubs is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Coach & Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance our community and support our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead an average of 15 classes, including squad sessions and drop-in opportunities.
  • Evaluate and select potential members to ensure alignment with The Athletic Clubs' core values.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and maintain member engagement within your assigned club.
  • Achieve and sustain a monthly retention rate of 96% in accordance with company standards.
  • Oversee all facets of squad membership management.
  • Foster and develop relationships with club members.
  • Implement training programs that adhere to The Athletic Clubs' established standards.
  • Actively participate in community engagement through both official and informal channels.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address unique challenges within squads and the club environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from NASM or a comparable certification.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in group fitness coaching.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Over 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • A personable and sociable demeanor, with a genuine interest in connecting with others.
