Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and units, providing care to patients with diverse needs and conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and document nursing care, including administering medications and performing various patient tests
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Promote patient independence by teaching patients and families about self-care skills and condition management
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
  • Preferred 5-8 years of experience
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ACLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Current/Active Florida Registered Nurse License (RN) OR Approved Multi-State License
  • Education: Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree
