Key Responsibilities:
- Precisely assess labor, equipment, and material expenses for commercial construction endeavors.
- Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to ascertain quantities and pricing.
- Facilitate subcontractor proposals, including invitations, evaluations, and site assessments.
- Support the operations team in strategizing construction methods in accordance with specifications.
- Effectively communicate estimates to project stakeholders.
- Examine plans for feasibility issues and overall project needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Compile project documentation and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of estimating experience.
