Lead Cook I

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook Leader to join our team at Quest Food Management Services LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items during service to Quest standards.

• Presents food according to high-quality standards and follows preparation lists for items needed for execution of menus.
• Assists in day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning.
• Maintains a consistent and professional manner when serving customers and managing the hot line.
• Participates in cold prep, salad, and grab-and-go production with recipes.

The successful candidate will have excellent culinary skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

• Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
