Farnsworth Group is seeking a Systems Specialist (Microsoft/Azure) to join our innovative team.Key Responsibilities:
Implement, oversee, and sustain Azure and on-premises Windows systems
Support local area networks (LANs) and software-defined WANs (SDWAN) using Cisco and Meraki technologies
Manage Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
Oversee PRTG platform for environmental monitoring and alerts
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation projects
Provide security insights and assistance, serving as an escalation point for systems-related challenges
Lead and execute various IT initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in a Systems Administration or Engineering capacity
Proven experience with Entra, Active Directory, PowerShell, Azure, and M365 Suite
Familiarity with network architecture and best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with SOAP and REST API integrations is preferred
Knowledge of PowerBI/PowerApps is a plus
Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, or other industry certifications are advantageous
