Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the production of fresh baked, frozen baked, and yeast raised products, ensuring they meet our high quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and motivate plant personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, Hearing Test, Haz-Com, Forklift, and pallet jack training, and Lock-out/Tag-out regulations.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and record all quality control measures, ensuring that products meet our quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that products are stored and distributed efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a production facility or retail operation.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of baking and production processes.
Working Conditions

This is an on-site position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with occasional outside of normal business hours duties and on-call responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
