About the Role

Bright Horizons Children's Centers in Savannah, GA is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Learning Specialist to join our teaching team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

You will work closely with our experienced staff to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities, milestones, and progress.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment, adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for observing and responding to children's interests and needs, adapting your teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each child.

To succeed in this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience working with young children. Early childhood coursework, certifications, or degrees are highly desirable. Candidates must also pass state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in early childhood education or related field (preferred)
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED required
  • Relevant experience working with young children (desired)
