Job Summary

SAC Health is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining a smooth operation within the clinic back office, interfacing with staff and clinicians to ensure clinical efficiency and maximum productivity.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years' experience as an LVN, with a proven track record of leadership skills, proficiency in EPIC certification, and strong communication abilities. They will oversee the daily tasks of the back office team, develop work schedules, and monitor job performances to ensure quality care is provided to patients.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, sick leave, paid holidays, and health insurance coverage for approximately 85% of team members. Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinates back office operations to ensure efficient and effective job task completion.
  • Develops and maintains work schedules to guarantee adequate coverage.
  • Monitors job performances and provides input for performance reviews.
  • Maintains a cohesive team environment through regular meetings and open communication.

In addition to these responsibilities, our Licensed Vocational Nurse Coordinator will assist in developing new hire training protocols, participate in training sessions, and instruct patients regarding test procedures ordered by physicians. They will also use their problem-solving skills to anticipate potential issues and formulate effective solutions.
