Heavy Duty Diesel Technician

Job Summary: The Heavy Duty Diesel Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex diesel equipment, including tractors, trailers, bobtails, reefers, and lift gates. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance on diesel equipment to extend its lifespan and improve fuel efficiency
- Manage inventory and documentation of spare parts and repair records
- Provide road service support as needed, including transporting equipment to and from job sites
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Class-A CDL license and extensive experience working with heavy-duty diesel equipment. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to be physically able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.
