Financial Operations Manager

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Family Central offers a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, life, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), short and long-term disability, 403(b) plan, holiday pay, and paid vacation time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Minimum 5 years of experience in Nonprofit Finance/Accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Finance System: Great Plains Dynamics experience.
- Reconciling Accounts: Reconciling general ledger accounts, sub-ledger to general ledger account balances, and balance sheets.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing budgets, budget to actuals, financial statements, and forecasts.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and statements for discrepancies, and revenue enhancement.
- Auditing: Participating in external audits, coordinating semi-annual audits, and supporting internal and external financial and program audits.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in high-stress environment.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to customer service and proven ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked team environment.
- Must have transportation. Valid Florida Driver's License with full access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (proof of insurance is required).
