Dispatch Coordinator

Job Summary:

Irving Materials, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and organizing dispatching for multiple plants and up to 50 trucks, and utilizing a computerized scheduling and tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively interact with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Schedule and organize dispatching for multiple plants and up to 50 trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials.
• Utilize a computerized scheduling and tracking system to manage dispatching and customer information.
• Work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Perform basic math calculations and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and maintain a positive, confident, and can-do attitude, providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, supporting the team and contributing to the success of Irving Materials, Inc.

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Google GSuite and MS Office.
  • Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus.
