Job Summary

Brookdale Sakonnet Bay is seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to lead our community health team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the day-to-day health care functions of our facility, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health care programs and activities at the community
  • Review and update community policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations
  • Represent the community in dealings with outside agencies, including governmental agencies and third-party payers
  • Conduct routine inspections of the community to ensure established policies and procedures are being implemented and followed
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and classifying routine and job-related functions to ensure that tasks involving potential exposure to blood/body fluids are properly identified and recorded
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of three years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility
  • Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet the licensure requirements of the State
