Job Title: Senior Quality Auditor

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Auditor to join our team. As a Senior Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for leading the site internal audit program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and participating in site compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the annual site internal audit plan
  • Conduct internal audits according to the approved plan
  • Issue audit agendas and reports per standard procedures
  • Provide support to other auditors participating in internal audits
  • Lead site inspection readiness activities
  • Forward facing during external audits and inspections
  • Track audit CAPAs, reviews, and closes CAPAs
  • Maintain required paper documentation and CATSWeb records
  • Assist in various compliance initiatives
Requirements:
  • Experience in word processing/data programs
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others, good oral and written skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work without supervision
  • Ability to trouble-shoot analytical tests and develop protocols
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills
  • 4-year college degree in a scientific discipline or a combination of education and experience
