Key Responsibilities- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity and population-specific characteristics.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care, promoting the professional care delivery model.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop protocols and procedures, ensuring best practice outcomes and efficient use of resources.
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Experience with direct patient care.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology to support clinical care.
