- Patient Care: Assist patients with their dialysis treatment, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, monitoring vital signs, and providing education on dialysis and related health issues.
- Technical Support: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on dialysis equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Clerical and Administrative: Accurately document patient information, treatment data, and other relevant details, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Patient Care Technician or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and basic computer skills.
