About the Role

Mill Rock Packaging is seeking a skilled Printing Press Operator to join our team at our Aurora, Colorado facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating make-ready, operations, and maintenance on our Printing Press.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the setup and operation of the Printing Press to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment under the guidance of senior-level Press Operators.
  • Adjust feeder and feed board settings to optimize press performance.
  • Monitor and control press settings to achieve desired print quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience setting up and running sheet-fed presses.
  • Knowledge of prepress and printing processes.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the paperboard folding carton industry.
