As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the civil, water, wastewater, and drainage industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front counter sales and phone support to customers
  • Manage stock control and sales, including quotes and deliveries
  • Assist with loading and unloading customer vehicles
  • Contribute to the general operations of our busy Hastings branch

Requirements:

  • Previous front-line customer service experience in a similar environment or industry
  • Knowledge of our products and their applications is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-confidence and ability to approach and engage with customers
  • Current full driver's license and Forklift license (F endorsement) or ability to gain immediately
