Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, you will assist patients, their significant others, technologists, physicians, and other hospital personnel as assigned or needed. You will deliver exceptional customer service in all aspects of your job, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their families. Your knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy will be valuable in this role, as you will be working closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a High School diploma or GED and strong computer proficiency. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially in direct patient care roles, is preferred. You will also need to possess excellent telephone etiquette and be certified in CPR within 30 days of hire date. Experience with healthcare information systems, including PACS, is a plus.
