About the RoleThis is a high-level position responsible for developing a multi-year ERP strategy, ensuring change management is fully integrated into ERP rollout strategy, managing talent to ensure the team has the up-to-date skills & knowledge to operate platforms, owning the platform architecture, and defining platform SLAs around stability, operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a multi-year ERP strategy with input from relevant enterprise and segment finance stakeholders and maintain an annual launch roadmap that aligns to ERP strategy, people goals, and budget.
- Ensure change management is fully integrated into ERP rollout strategy and cutover planning and stakeholder engagement, communication, and training are effectively executed.
- Manage, lead, and grow functional analyst talent to ensure the team is right-sized by region with the up-to-date skills & knowledge to operate platforms.
- Owning the platform architecture, including the integrated ecosystem, and develop a best-in-class approach towards ERP deployment & cutovers leveraging Agile methodologies.
- Define platform SLAs around stability, operations, identify and prioritize technical launches/patches to ensure continued stability & resiliency of the platform, and minimize technical debt.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with ERP delivery and support in Manufacturing (preferably SAP, Infor, Oracle), experience with Big-4 Consulting and/or multinational corporations, successfully led at least two large, complex, full-lifecycle ERP implementations for Finance functions, and at least five years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams (5+ people).
