Job Description

Base-2 Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer Level 3 to join our team. As a key member of our Test and Evaluation team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing test activities to ensure the quality and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports to ensure the quality and performance of our systems.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
  • Test and Evaluation Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective test and evaluation activities.
  • Technical Documentation: Generate technical documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
  • Agile Software Development Environment: Experience working in an Agile software development environment is required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Eight (8) years of experience as a Test Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Skills and Experience: Experience executing testing and data collection, producing associated test plans, procedures, and reports, and working in an Agile software development environment.
