We are currently seeking both Full-time and Part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) who are passionate about providing outstanding care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Trained Medication Aide, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with the facility's medication policies.
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Reporting any discrepancies in medication administration.
- Maintaining and restocking medication inventories, and managing discontinued medications as instructed by the Director of Nursing.
- Assisting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with resident care as needed.
- Completing necessary documentation, including forms, charts, and reports, accurately and timely.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Current MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing.
- Experience as a TMA in a nursing home environment.
- Valid CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Nursing Assistant.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability to work every other weekend.
- A clean criminal background check.
