Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, observing and reporting on activity at assigned locations, and responding to critical situations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned locations, including golf cart and foot patrols, to ensure the safety and security of people and assets.
- Respond to critical situations and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and activities.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as required.
- Update and maintain employee badges and other security-related documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school education or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
- Valid driver's license without restriction B.
- Valid security license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to deal courteously with the public.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a stable work history.
- Able to climb stairs, walk, and/or stand for long periods of time.
- Steel-toe footwear - solid black.
