Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, observing and reporting on activity at assigned locations, and responding to critical situations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned locations, including golf cart and foot patrols, to detect and prevent potential security threats.
- Respond promptly and effectively to critical situations, including emergencies and incidents.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on security incidents and activities.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, and update and maintain employee badges as needed.
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass an extensive screening process
- Valid driver's license without restriction B
- Valid security license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to deal courteously with the public
- At least 21 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Demonstrate a stable work history
- Able to climb stairs, walk, and/or stand for long periods of time
- Steel-toe footwear - solid black
