We are seeking a seasoned Lead Researcher to join our Analytics Research & Insights team at Salesforce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving user research initiatives that inform the development of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute user research studies to produce actionable insights that inform design and development.
- Lead analyses that triangulate telemetry and qualitative data to understand our users.
- Influence decision-making through effective presentation of findings and customer-centered narratives.
- Build and shape our user research team's tools and practices to scale our impact.
- Mentor junior team members and attract user research talent.
- 9+ years' experience conducting user research with a strong portfolio of shipping software products.
- Deep knowledge of best practices for UX design principles and both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies.
- Proven track record influencing product direction and strategy with actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in a collaborative environment and experience working with multidisciplinary or cross-functional agile teams.
- Ability to work across a globally dispersed team.
- Experience working in enterprise software, analytics, databases, AI, or cloud services.
- Hands-on experience analyzing data and using analytic software products or relevant programming languages.
