Branch Manager

Lanco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Hawaii, Marshall Islands, and Guam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the overall activities of the branch to ensure exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and optimize clinical operations for the branch location.
- Oversee all crane sales and rentals, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate customer requirements and resolve product-related issues.
- Monitor new product deliveries and implement quality control measures.
- Collaborate with quality improvement staff to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Delegate tasks to the intake coordinator, including referral process coordination, staffing, supply inventory, and distribution.
- Ensure operations personnel have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide guidance to operations personnel.
- Communicate company objectives and departmental goals to branch personnel and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain a strong sales presence, making calls, developing presentations, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure business growth.
- Develop and maintain sales strategies for assigned sales territory and/or market.
- Provide key interface between customer, marketing, and engineering or product management functions.
- Represent Lanco at trade shows and events.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Travel up to 30% of the time may be required.
- High School Diploma and five to seven years of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Physical and environmental demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
