Job Overview

Position: Facilities Maintenance Technician III

Contract Duration: 3-6 Months

Company: Mentis Systems

Work Schedule: 3rd Shift (Sunday - Wednesday, 10 PM - 6:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage in maintenance tasks involving utilities such as HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, cooling towers, air compressors, and chillers.
2. Experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is advantageous, particularly in sectors like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, vitamins, or packaging.

Screening Requirements:
- Comprehensive Background Check
- Drug Screening (12-panel including Fentanyl)
- Medical Evaluations:
1. Vision Assessment (Near, Far, Color, Depth, and Peripheral)
2. Audiometric Testing & Hearing Questionnaire
3. Spirometry & OSHA Respirator Evaluation
4. Lifting Capability Assessment (35 lbs)

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a BA/BS degree in a relevant field along with 1-3 years of related experience is preferred.
